Who can shop at the Duty Free Philippines Online Shop?

All travellers and balikbayans arriving in the Philippines via international airports are eligible to shop in the online store. Simply use a valid credit card for payment.

Those who have connecting flights that stop in one of the international airports are also eligible to shop in the online store.

When can passengers shop at the Duty Free Philippines Online Shop?

Once you’ve secured your ticket and flight details to the Philippines, you can shop you can place order as early as seven (7) days before their flight.

How can we get our orders from the Duty Free Philippines Online Shop?

For arrival pick:up: You can collect your items at your designated international airport upon arrival. Simply present your passport to pick up your purchase.

The pickup service is currently available in the following airports:

  • Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 (NAIA-1)
  • Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 (Centennial Terminal, NAIA-2)
  • Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA-3)

Do the Duty Free shopping restrictions still apply in the Online Shop?

Yes, they do. In accordance with Philippine Bureau of Customs rules, a passenger can only purchase up to two (2) bottles of liquor, two (2) reams of cigarettes. Moreover, you also have to be 18 and above to purchase liquor and tobacco products.

You are only allowed a purchase limit of $1,000.00

What modes of payment are currently accepted?

Credit cards issued anywhere in the world are accepted (VISA or Mastercard). All purchases will be billed in USD, and the rate will depend on the current conversion rate.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

If you cancel an order for any other reason than the items not being available, a penalty surcharge equivalent to 15% of the total purchase amount will be imposed. Only completed orders will be processed by Duty Free Philippines.

What if I fail to pickup my order at the airport?

You have the option to pick it up on your next departure. If failed to pick up within 30 days, the order will be forfeited.

Do you give out refunds?

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Duty Free Philippines Management unless otherwise provided. Refunds will apply if the management can’t fulfill the order.
